- Timeframe: Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.
- Exceptions: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@pureintentionscandleompany.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage for a replacement or refund.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.
