Candle of the Month and Forever Favorites Club

When will my candle ship?
Subscription boxes ship once a month, usually during the last week. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it’s on the way!

Can I cancel anytime?
All of our subscription plans are set to auto-renew, so you never miss a moment of glow—but canceling is easy anytime from your customer portal.

• Monthly subscriptions require a minimum of 3 boxes before cancellation.

• Prepaid 6- and 12-month plans auto-renew at the end of the term, but you’ll receive a reminder beforehand so you can make changes or cancel with ease.

We keep it simple—no hidden fees, no hassle.

What’s the difference between Candle of the Month and the Forever Favorites Club?
Candle of the Month is a surprise scent curated by Rochelle each month—often pulled from our seasonal or limited small batch collections. It’s perfect for scent lovers who enjoy a little mystery and magic. Plus, it always includes a free gift!

Forever Favorites Club is for those who know exactly what they love. You choose your favorite scent, and we’ll deliver it monthly—even if it’s no longer available in the shop.

Is shipping really free?
Yes! All subscription plans include free shipping—no surprises at checkout.

What if I fall in love with a scent?
Good news: you can lock it in with an All Other Scents subscription and enjoy it every single month.

Can I skip a month?
Yes—if you’re on a monthly plan, you can pause or skip at any time from your customer portal.

Glow & Gather

What is the cancellation policy? 
Guests are allowed to reschedule their reservations one time if needed. Deposits are not refundable but can be used toward a future party within 3 months of the original party date.
 
What exactly are the candles made of? 
Our candles are made with coconut apricot wax and phthalate free fragrance oils. 
 
Do the candles have fragrance? Can I make mine without fragrance? 
Yes, for me that’s the fun part, the FRAGRANCE! We offer a large variety of fragrances for guests to choose from for their candles. If you’d like your candle to not have any fragrance, that’s okay too! It’s your creation! 
 
How much is a Pouring Party and what’s included? 
Our Pouring Parties begin at $280includes all the materials needed for the perfect pouring experience. Each attendee will make a custom 9 ounce artisanal candle to take home with them. We walk attendees through each step from developing a scent and establishing wicks to pouring wax and labeling.

What do I need to provide? 
You provide the location, workspace, and the guest list. We show up with the rest. Similar to a Sip and Shop, our Pouring Parties are designed to be mobile and compliment your personal style or theme for the party.
 
How many guest can I invite?  
Parties can be as intimate as 2 and as large as 20. Our average party has 10-12 guests.
 
How long is the party?
Preparing and Pouring your candle lasts about 45 minutes to an hour, and the candles take another hour to set enough for guests to take them home. Cue the music, this is the perfect time for games and a snack.
 
How early in advance so I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead of time but some parties are booked months in advance. The earlier the better.
 
Can I refill my candle from a past visit? 
Of course! We love when customers return and want to recycle their vessels. We can refill the candle for you — with any fragrance of your choosing — for only $15. 
 
Do you accept cash or just credit cards? 
We currently accept cash, credit card, and Venmo.
 
How big are the candles? 
Our standard candles hold about 9 ounces of wax and oil. They have around 50 hours of burn time. 
 
Is this experience good for kids? 
For everyone’s safety, we recommend ages 10 and up for our workshops. All participants under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian signature.
