I’m not sure from where but some where along the way I picked up a really good touch for hosting parties. Coming from a small family I feel like I missed out on the big built-in family gatherings. So when I have a chance and a reason, I love to bring my favorite people together and celebrate. Holidays, birthdays, girls night, game night, book club, soul circle, you name and I’ve thrown some kind of party for it. In fact, Pure Intentions Candle Company was loosely inspired while visiting a local candle shop, I thought wouldn’t this be a great party.
As Pure Intentions slowly came to life, I knew I wanted to do things a little differently—something that would bring my joy for celebration and love for making candles together in my own way. It didn’t all fall into place until after Covid. I was knee deep in wicks and wax developing scents for my self care collection and itching for some fun times. A party was over due and so the planning began.
3 years later, I will hosting my first Private Pouring Party. To say I’m excited is an understatement. Even I am surprised at how things came together.
